No, I wouldn't end somebody's life because I wouldn't like it to happen to me and so I presume other people wouldn't like it to happen to them. Why would I go around doing things that people dislike? I'm not Lil Wayne.
Although, if you were investing people with the power to kill and everyone answering this with a choice of someone to kill were to go through with it then, logically, I'd have to choose to kill you because one life lost is better than many, and especially if the life lost is the one who'd have been responsible for all the other murder.
I don't have a list, but your question would have bumped you up it if I had one, and bumped you off if it was to happen.
