I wouldn't. I'd arrest him for his racist propaganda though, which was published long before he came to power. Murder is wrong in any case, I don't have the right to kill just as Hitler doesn't.
You can't arrest people for racist propaganda. If you could half the people on IIN would be in jail.
In some countries, spreading racist propaganda is in fact illegal. Germany is one of them....
