A pair of panties I left in a man's car. Recovering them before their discovery would have saved me a lot of grief.
How come they are known as a pair even though there's only one of them?
As opposed to a bra that's always singular?
But a bra has cups (which are plural, at least in most people). I'm pretending to talk semantics because I enjoy discussing underwear.
I hate brassieres. I would prefer to not wear one and have a man walk behind me holding by breasts up for me.
Volunteers?
i would hold them for you.
If you could go back in time and grab one item...
