    The title question you ask is completely different from the text of your post. At first you ask if a wild animal should be killed if it kills someone. Then your post goes on to explain that the killing of these wild animals should be done as a preventive measure. So what are you asking? You present two questions here. Very confusing. I vote you delete this post and rewrite it. Get it together why don't you. :-(

      When someone does this next time think of the op like this...

      "If someone is killed by a wild animal should it be killed?"

      (YES) -disregard- we have to teach it a lesson -disregard-
      (NO) -disregard- its a wild animal doing what it -disregard-
