I have a brother that is totally DTF. We've done it a few times. He told me not to worry, that most siblings are like this and it's a totally normal practice and I like it, and I don't worry about pregnancy since he is my brother and I cannot get pregnant by him.
If he told you that most siblings are like this then he clearly lied to you.
Hard to imagine how he'd know what most siblings do, but if I had to guess I'd say most probably don't. I'm also puzzled as to why you don't think you can get pregnant by him, but at the same time I don't really care. The whole birth defect thing is greatly exaggerated for first generation incest.

there is nothing wrong with incest as long as you dont get pregnant. if you do get pregnant however (and you can) then the child will probably have genetic abnormalities. it is definitely not OK and is immoral to get pregnant by your brother because of the problems it will cause for the child.
