I go to any of the first three on this poll, which one do you go to to eat? It's curry puffs and tuna rolls I get at Chinatown, and pasta I get at Fasta Pasta and Pizza Hut, and biscuits, Indian snacks and ginger-garlic paste I get at an Afghan shop, where do you get your food?
Yes, that's a most popular place. Now we see Pizza Hut also sells pasta, and my fave is the chicken or mushroom alfredo, even though I'm not to eat pasta made from refined white flour, my diet stops at pasta as a white food, other things include sugar, salt, high sodium canned foods/frozen meals, boxed dinners etc, which are a big no-no, plus I'm not supposed to eat foods with unhealthy additives, or MSG, even though such foods as canned beans can't be junk foods in or of themselves, if it's low sodium, low salt, low sugar, and doesn't contain much fat, any MSG, etc it's up for grabs, pizza's not a health food, although it's fine to eat the occasional pizza, it's not fine to eat processed meat (going all natural with meat probably means I have to cook it myself).
