Rape & child sexual abuse both begin with coveting, craving to posses. They probably are also covered under stealing since they both have to do with taking something that doesn't belong to you, be it a child's innocence or sexual privilege of another person.

I think that's a long shot but of course you're entitled to your opinion: my point is that they weren't important enough to whoever wrote the ten c's to specifically include them.
