i'd probably let it happen, but not like it. I'm self-conscious about that. Like, i make sure i'm clean before something happens(edit: that sounds awful, of course i try to be as clean as possible ALL the time...but i make extra sure/wash extra if possible if i know i'm about to have sex), but i'd still worry about how i taste or smell there.
Let me put it that way: I have no problem with anal sex, but annilingus/rimjobs/anal licking are just not for me.
I would probably also mention that, just in case you think you are doing me a favor there, to clean up a potential misunderstanding.
