If dreams happen in our heads can we convince our brains they are real

Since our brains are easily manipulated can we convince ourselves a dream actually happened ? I mean its a memory just like everything that happens to us in real life which is also a memory so what makes it any different ? We dont remember details and scents from old memories just like we usually dont from dreams we had. They are the same in our minds just memories and our dreams happen inside our brains it feels real while it happens and sometimes even when we wake up it still feels real. What makes you so sure that certain old memories of yours arent actually dreams youve had if its something you experienced alone or with people you no longer know and you have no photos or souveniers? Maybe we can convince our brains that certain nice dreams were reality and we actually believe it happened in real life outside our brains in the physical realm but in the end it wouldnt even matter because its still just a memory. Its not like memories of real things work any differently from memories we have of dreams past. We remember them the same way and we cant reexperience either one just because something happened in real life we cant experience that memory again but actually we can learn to lucid dream and experience the same thing many times... So what is more real then and where do we posess more control over our reality? In sleeping mode or waking mode? Think about it guys.

Yes. What the mind sees and believes.... the mind will pursue turning into reality.

That is actually a key to how successful people get things done. They learn the techniques of creating mental images and thoughts of the future they want.

It works as long as what you want is not possible in the realm of physical science.

I don’t know the answer to your question but I lucid dream a lot and last night I dreamt I was at a caravan site when three fires suddenly sprang to life infront of me. I considered putting them out then reasoned “I’m waking up in 20 minutes- let it happen.” and walked through the flaming field.

I mean we do physically see light. Its color coated for our needs as animals. Being able to see color is a net good if you are a hunter gatherer society. Knowing which berries are toxic is essential.

Lots of other animals see color but its limited to colors that indicate food or dangers.

So in it's own badass way our visible light detector eyes that can give us insightful information about the object we look at.

What I mean is that the senses unintentionally mix that paired with our inteligence complicates messages being sent from our senses imbuing a reality to ourselves.

On a basic level of emotion for simple animals it's mostly flashes of stimuli bursts. Fear, hunger, happiness, anxiety, pain all being felt, but due to the simplicity of their existance: survive and multiply. They just experience life purely and objectively.

It's been generally accepted that our conciousness relies somewhat on a self simulated reality due to our senses being looped through eachother.
