    He's daydreaming about what you'd look like chained up in his basement next to the others in his collection.

    Or

    He's completely harmless and just can't get up the nerve to actually say something to you. He probably beats himself up "You moron she was looking right at you and again you couldn't find anything to say."

      I actually use to do that with my ex. I always looked away when she looked at me though. I had the hardest time even talking to her at first though because she was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen. I eventually talked to her on facebook and the next day she started talking to me in class. And it just went on from there.
