If you want to still be friends with this person, respond to it and if you feel that person is accurate in what they said you did to them, apologize and not only tell them that you won't do what they disliked (if its reasonable), but truly show them. Actions speak louder than words so if you do want to be friends, show them those actions. Feel free to defend yourself if they were mistaken of course.
Ignoring is something you do to someone you really don't wish to speak to and your friend cared at least a tiny bit left to be honest and not simply forget you exist just yet.
