Hey i do this too. I Hated my dad yelling at and hitting me. You got to zone it out. And if you get suck zoning it out every time its not that bad. does it ever seem like you're about to black out... like you stare off, get real dizzy, and things start to decolor? if not you're doing better than me. :] lol. oh you should listen to the song breakdown by the Plain White T's.
