I want to ask my guy friend how he feels about me but something inside me says don't.. He acts like he likes me one day then the next it's like we are just friends. Just when I feel like we are taking things to the next level, we take two steps back.. Is this normal?

    my brother dos that to his frend he confuses her and i laf at her cus he has a girl frend.

    he might be acting this way because he values the friendship between the two of you and doesn't want to mess things up if you don't like him.

    If you are friends, you should be able to ask him if he ever considers being more than just friends with you. If he says "no" and asks why you're asking, then you could just say you were "just making sure" and change the subject to avoid any awkwardness. Just make sure you don't act weird or upset if he does end up saying no.

    hmmmm ask him he could really like you but might feel that u dont like him in that way and thats whats stopping him and thats why hes feeling more than friends one time then the next hes not because he doesnt feel u feel the same and thinks he should take a step back so he doesnt get his hopes up
