I must have wrote it wrong, English is not my first language. I was mostly asking if he is beating you and your sibling badly because sometimes people get killed in a violent beating. Happy to hear you're trying to fight this the right way. I hope it goes well and you and your brother get a better life away from abuse. Just wondering though, what is your mom doing in this situation ?
If he's in a rage mood, he throws things at us. I've had my hand cut when he threw a key at me. My brother had to call the cops on him once. I hate him. We all do. I forgot, he has hit my mom, a handful of times over a year. The last one, I could see him driving in his car with my mom. Throwing his usual psycho tantrum, I could see him wailing away at her, not enough to leave any marks. No proof. WTF? If I had been in that car or near him? I would have beat the shit out of him. I'm a girl and I don't put up with this shit. I have attacked him. My mom is odd. She stops me and protects him. I'm 5'6" and 117lbs. I have knocked him flat out. He's WEIRD. If you fight with him, he calms down. Its crazy psycho. I will be 18 soon. If I can leave, I will.

Your mum is probably scared of him, but that doesn't excuse her not protecting her kids against his violence.
Good on you for knocking him out, especially as you haven't had the example of a woman standing up to a violent man.
