Yeah the other thing you have to keep in mind, is that with a proper blow job, its more the mouth than the tongue that does the stimulation, and because the mouth is more firm it can likely get more stimulation. So if you could fit your entire mouth around a clit and rub it with the edges of your mouth, it might be the same.

I does make sense to me that the clit is more sensitive because the nerves are more concentrated, however the nerves that form the vagina show up in men on the shaft and those also get stimulated in a bj. So if you could get both the vag and the clit fully in one foul swoop it may be the same. Then again the higher concentration may make women enjoy orla even more because stimulation from the clit is more concentrated.
