Yeah, I know someone that always says if he could die and come back as something else, it would be a dog. Of course, he only wants to be able to lick himself...
I also know a chick that has been known to fully dress up like a cat, and even claw at the furniture repeatedly.
So what you're thinking about could be somewhat normal, or very abnormal. Kinda depends. Either way, it's not normal to be obsessed about it.
