No it's not really normal for adults to sit in their own urine. Why do you do it? Don't you get "irritated" down below? You know like a rash... The smell must be atrocious. Are you single? Do you do your laundry very often? Please tell me that you don't wear dirty drawers all of the time! I think it is strange, but to each his own.
