    I don't replace underwear for skirts. I wear underwear + the skirts underneath my pants

    The purpose that I'm trying to achieve for wearing skirts underneath my clothing is the feeling knowing I'm wearing one underneath.

      Then...
      Wearing a skirt under your pants is:
      1. Weird
      2. Defeats the purpose of wearing a skirt.

      ...and, three layers surely fries your ass in summer...
