    That's what underpants are for.
    There are many different types of male underwear. Find a style you like and wear those under your pants instead.

    Wearing a skirt under your pants is:
    1. Weird
    2. Not a replacement for underwear.
    3. Defeats the purpose of wearing a skirt.

      I don't replace underwear for skirts. I wear underwear + the skirts underneath my pants

      The purpose that I'm trying to achieve for wearing skirts underneath my clothing is the feeling knowing I'm wearing one underneath.
