Now if only you could conjugate a verb. You ought to have said "raped" and what's more, this doesn't sound like a legitimate case of sexual assault. Just you being coy, per the sad standards of shame in society.

If the sex was done without your consent, then you should report him. If you consented to the sex, then it wasn't rape. Consent can sometimes be non-verbal, such as a mutual understanding that both partners want to have sex. If you in your mind were against the sex, then it would be non consensual. If you were apprehensive at first, but consented of your own will later then it isn't rape. If he pressured you into it, and you consented because he made you then it's rape.

The reason that you should report him is because he may rape again. But if it wasn't rape, then don't report him. If the man did force himself on you, then maybe you shouldn't consider pursuing a relationship with him. I know that may feel attached to him because it was your first time, but if he did force himself on you, then he clearly isn't considerate enough to be in a relationship with you.

If you gave him permission and had no problem with it then it wasn't rape. I would avoid any relationships with him because if he came on to you thinking you werent interested then he probably is embarrassed or nervous around you.
