I'm very sorry it turned out that way. Sounds like sally is a right bitch if she had an ounce of feelings for you she would have at least checked to see if you were ok and wouldn't have found such a shitty time to tell you it's over.
I know its easier said than done I watched from the distance as someone i cared deeply about got married i just wanted to die but i came out of it stronger.
