I'm sorry to hear that. I've always said that small non violent offenders do not belong in jail especially with dangerous inmates. I suggest you get some counselling or maybe even hypnosis. And don't ever think you deserved it or it was your fault.
Get off heroine immediately, you will end up in the ground. Maybe you've had a rough to e but you can better yourself! Get a pet it will give you a reason to focus positive attention on someone else.
