Mix some fast setting concrete, get a funnel, use the funnel to pour the concrete into your anus, then once it's full, pull out the funnel and stuff a little piece of rope in there that you will use as a handle to pull the concrete mass out of your ass once it hardens. That should take care of anything you have stuck up there.
