It depends what qualifications you have, and why would it be an orphanage unless they're orphans?

It all sounds very creepy to me. If you want to help abused girls why be so specific about the age they have to be and why not just support existing services?

That's basically a battered women's shelter, which is a huge commitment. I suggest you volunteer at one if you can.

If you're just thinking you're going to have a mansion full of girls who are going to be super grateful to be taken care of and run around happy, then you're sadly mistaken. Abuse needs more than just a roof over our heads, and warm food to eat. There's Stockholm Syndrome, that, "but I love you him," nonsense, these girls/women with children, there's girls that been raped repeatedly by boyfriends/family members. There are so many scenarios that require wide variety of care. You'll need a full staff that will keep the girls safe, feed, clean, and healthy; while providing education and counseling to help them live a normal life.
