Interesting thought, but I would imagine there's not much of a sound if any at all. It's a relatively small volume of liquid being expelled at relatively low pressure through an opening that isn't restricted.
I'm sure that the hiss you get from a spray attachment on garden hose, for example, is due to turbulence at the nozzle introducing air into the stream. What happens at the urethral opening at ejaculation is more like water flowing smoothly from an open-ended hose, and that makes no sound at all.
I dunno mate there are times I definitely hear something. Its not everytime but certain times. I think if your squeezing harder while you ejac it gets nore compressed. Its essentially a squrting sound.

One time I jerked off and it went like 30 feet. Literally had more range than the garden hose.
