I don't usually pay much attention to reviews but things aren't critically acclaimed for no reason, yeezus is too, I've heard critically acclaimed albums I don't like, doesn't mean they've got no talent it means its not my thing,
Most importantly though when I listen to mbdtf or yeezus I get lost in it, his flow, his production, his instrumentals, the subtleties to some of his instrumentals is insane, he's talented, he's an incredibly talented man who admittedly can't write lyrics,
As for you wanting you to punch him, that's exactly what he wants, he's playing you, he wants to be explosive, he wants to be controversial, because he's a master at hiding certain aspects of his personality, if he's a contraversial obnoxious douce that's what people pay attention to, not the insecure acting out side, you can learn a lot about him by his music
mbdtf is in my top ten albums of all time, along side other acclaimed albums that aren't just dismissed away like in the aeroplane over the sea, the velvet underground and nico the moon and antartica , loveless, kid a etc
I also legally own all kanye's albums even those I'm not as bothered about so yes, I'm partly responsible for his success, grow up and deal with it rather than want to punch me for my musical taste

No, they're not, I listen to everything from jazz to hardcore hip hop to shoegaze and post rock to folk, to experimental\industrial music to mainstream pop somgs, unlike you I have an open mind when it comes to music, I don't immediately label someone as having a shit taste in music because they like someone I don't, that's just closed minded, judgemental bullshit
If I'm sounding more aggressive than I mean to be I apologise but music means a fucking lot to me and to have that all stripped away as shit because I like one artist drives me mad, I'm sick of being a kanye west apologist

I just can't get past his personality even if I liked his music I wouldn't buy it. I won't buy a celebrity product if I don't like them. But it probably doesn't attest anyway they have plenty of $$ so they won't miss mine.
