Well that doesn't sound too good...but no worries. I read this Agustin Burroughs short story about his random need to bite the dashboard of his car for no reason whatsoever and the subsequent permanent teeth marks....made me bitch giggle.
Another urge is to take my animation clay and an exacto knife and just make lines on one of the sides of the clay. Habit/urge, but I get it when I'm waiting, for someone, something to load or when bored. A strong feeling of wanting to do it.

Sounds pretty normal to me, but maybe we're both nutters. I had similar urges in like ALL of my studio arts classes :)
