Freshman year would make you 18 or even 20 years old. That's really much younger than you think now. As a guy, I can't give advice to match that of the women but, I'll just say make your first kiss special and don't rush it. If you wait a couple years, you will realize much later that this was an eye blink in the history of your love life.
Meet new guys, get to know them. See who has a personality you like, get to know him a little, and one day when you least expect it, you will meet a man who you will know is the right one for that special first kiss. It might be tomorrow or it might be next year or even later, but don't rush it.
