In my opinion, you shouldn't go there. I'm sure I'll be in the minority for saying this, but he has a girlfriend. As much as you only want to have sex with him and as much as you think she doesn't care, I would not recommend being 'the other girl'.
If he was single I'd say bang his brains out, but it's just my opinion that it's never a good idea to mess with someone who is 'taken'.
If you're so confident that she doesn't mind, why not ask her permission before pursuing him for sex? Sounds weird I know, but if she didn't care, surely she'd say go for it? Or perhaps it's just that she likes him enough to put up with being hurt repeatedly? In which case, do you want to cause hurt to this girlfriend? It's up to you and your conscience.
