Some kids are just that way. Structure, consistency, your punishments don't have to be harsh but they do have to be long. It might suck, because your stuck punishing him. But if you remove him from the situation and allow him to calm down. He will realize he did something wrong. Then talk with him. Not to him. maybe there is something going on you can't see right now. Then again some kids are just that way.
