If you haven't already take him to the doctors and see if he has any learning problems. I hate to say it but he could even be being abused somewhere or in past and his little head can't deal with it all... just speculation but children don't act out day in day out for no reason. Maybe he knows how you feel, and imagine feeling that your parents love your older brother but don't want you?? It would make me act out too... I know it can be frustrating, my son has dyspraxia and it feels like I'm banging my head against the wall most the time but he is a product of you and your husband and all his surroundings and the people surrounding him. You owe him to find out what's wrong and not just assume he's a nasty person because as a "child" he's doing nasty things
