it is fun to camp and kayak and what not. but getting lost is a bit different. even when one knows what to eat there are times and places where you might not find anything. i've had to camp in the rain with no pants no anything in the fall and it was tough. i did find some blue glow in the dark mushrooms though. it probably would be good to survive getting lost for weeks but it wouldn't be easy and you wouldn't have stage makeup like in lost.
