        nope your wrong, cuz i was charged with burglary for crossing a threshold, that why i said I know .got out of the felony though. But nice try Anyway ....

            State laws may vary , but i was charged with 2 cases of 2nd degree burglary even though i had a key , And was told to go inside i also worked with a lawyer who saved my ass and i have to do volunteer work but the whole thing was dropped. Just look it up yourself what constitutes for burglary.
