I get it. I wish I could say I'd call the cops but I am more a vigilante hehe.
Calling the cops on this guy/gal, if he is an addict, just may save his life and like I said, I would hope I'd be reasoned enough to do the same.
I'm not entirely opposed to vigilantism either, but it can be dangerous.

I miss my youth, because I just turned 49, and I still feel like a young person inside. It sucks.
