Don't just get a tattoo because you want to see what they are like or because others have them.
I don't have many, but the ones I do mean something and they are hidden on my arms. I work as a professional and even in this day and age people judge by ink.
They are not outdated ... tattooing has been going on for thousands of years.
Get something you won't regret later on.
They don't hurt much, but it depends on where you get them. Just keep thinking the minor pain is worth it because it's forever. Feels more annoying like someone is picking at a sunburn. I know tiny women who get them with no issues and big biker dudes who pass out while getting them.

I want a tattoo because I want it. Not because of anybody else.
I’m saying if they hurt or not because I’m wanting to get a tattoo of representing something that’s me. Since I’m adopted from the islands, I want something to rep my biological and my island.
But besides that, I don’t care if anyone judges me lol.
I’ll be proud, just hope it doesn’t turn out bad, then I’ll be blahhhh.

Yo dude, I love tattoos.
I want a tattoo because I want it. Not because of anybody else.

No, I just meant getting them because your friends might have them or (like other things, on tv etc) everyone is getting one!
I didn't care about judging then and really don't now, but I just mean don't be getting ink on your face! LOL
Good luck and please tell us if and when you get one!
