You might want to tell him before you guys get naked and get all juiced up. Guys are known to not pay any extra attenion to the cleaniness of that area back there. He may not want your tongue probing around back there without being sure that it's been recently thoroughly cleaned. Just a suggestion.

That's good advice up to a point, but I suggest she mightn't want her tongue probing around there either unless he's had an enema and a thorough scrub
