I want to consume my friend's gut bacteria for the probiotics

We eat virtually the same things yet he is skinny and I am fat. Should I eat his vomit or a small part of his poo (like put it in a pill so I can't taste it)

They sell probiotic tablets and foods at the store. Just buy those.

Doing that won't actually do anything.

Alright, I hope this is a joke, but I’ll attempt to give a serious answer to this. No, do not do this - it will most likely lead to vomiting it back up again. Vomit contains stomach acid which will burn the inner lining of your esophagus (similar to heart burn), and the act of vomiting puts significant stress on your throat. Not good. Feces on the other hand, contain natural bacteria that is harmless within the intestines, but when ingested can cause some awful illnesses. It is minimally toxic, but I seriously don’t advise it. Everyone’s internal bacteria has a differing ecosystem with which your body will not be used to dealing with, so these “healthy” bacteria for your friend are definitely not healthy for your own body. Small quantities may not kill you, but I wouldn’t advise it. On a social stance though...it’s a little odd really 0.0

I did it to, when I kissed a hot girl (after talking to her for two days)

There are scientific studies that are starting to reveal how the biome of our gut in tandem with our food choices shapes our health. While fecal "transplants" are a thing, I would personally not advise any sort of imbibing of bodily effluence without medical advice and/or outside a laboratory experiment. So by all means, sign up to be a test subject but please don't endanger yourself haphazardly.

I have read about the procedure being done, it sounds very promising.

DON'T do that! It may backfire and cause you great harm. Everyone has their own gut bacteria. I would suggest going to a health food store and getting some probiotics.
