That's nice. And it reminds me of something that happened to me:
Years ago when I was in my freshman year of high school, I took a woodworking/shop class that only had one other girl in it. The teacher was extremely creepy towards both of us, and the other girl (who was a slacker) stopped coming to class because of it, leaving me the only girl. The teacher would focus all of his creepiness on me. So I had a strategy: Every day, I'd pick the tallest, buffest boy in class and just follow him around. When I was with whatever guy it was, the pervy teacher would leave me alone. I'd follow the boy of the day from machine to machine, and he'd always look at me curiously probably in hopes of explanation to why I was following and standing so close to him, but I'd just stand there quietly. Those boys probably thought I had a crush on them or something. I don't care. It got the weirdo teacher to leave me alone for whatever reason. So those guys don't know it, but they were providing me protection.
