Well, sadly I've realized people are stupid uneducated. They need regulations, or rules of civilizations, to keep the peace. These are things like noise laws, sanitation laws, and all that jazz.
Please, if you know of an anarchist city that refutes my claim, I'd love to know where this utopia exists. It ain't in Somalia, that's for sure.
I'm not wanting a shit ton of laws, just those that are democratically agreed upon amongst everybody involved. I like how things are done in Switzerland, if you want an example.
