I want to ban people from getting dogs. No dogs allowed

    And under what authority would you do this? I suppose you could ban them from your house. If you even have a house. You have no authority so why even bring up such nonsense?

      Just to say it, there are gated communities that have quite strict regulations in place that limit people from keeping dogs in some way. I should move into one!
