    Hmm, so because some people are irresponsible dog owners, no one else should be allowed to own dogs?

    That probably includes people who adopt animals from shelters, or even off the street, since you didn't specify.

    Your idea seams perfectly plausible, and not authoritarian or communistic at all, then!

      You got me on my dictatorial nonsense. Sure a law that harsh could be put in place, but I'm not a heartless bastard, so I could never implement it.

      I was pissed off and *venting*

      I have to drive past this PIECE OF SHIT CRAPASS 'neighbor' that fortunately lives at a distance. I fucking hate seeing or hearing their poor dogs that actually live in 12x12 cages 24/7 365 damn days a year in all fucking weather, and these poor dogs bark and bark and bark and bark. I want to make that shit illegal! Why the fuck that kind of shit is even allowed?!!?!?
