Genocide? That's unethical, ummm, no, let's not even entertain such a horrible idea.
Dogs go live in the wild? Again, no. I'm not one that wants dogs to have to fend for themselves as feral animals. That's a horrific life. If you want, just search for how dogs live in places like Romania, or Tunisia. It's hell, and I wouldn't do that to an innocent creature ever!
There are places that have somewhat strict dog ownership regulations that keep the peace. Switzerland and Germany have rules in place that beat the pants off of the lack of regulations that exist in many parts of the United States. So, such solutions exist.
I'd make it so people can't keep dogs on tie outs, in kennels that are inadequately sized for a dog to run freely without developing neurotic behavior (like chronic barking), on and on....
People are so stupid cruel. I'm like, can they really be THAT fucking IGNORANT!!!! Take care of your damn dog right! Don't let the poor thing become a barking pest. Dogs that are exercised well enough don't bark for hours on end.
