Just a fetish...but it's probably good to keep it as private as possible. People don't really take well to that sort of thing. If it truly makes you happy, I'd say keep doing it. The only issue you may want to look into is that your own blood carries in it a lot of germs that you yourself are immune to, but most people aren't, so if you are exchanging blood you may want to be very careful or possibly get tested.
