I've been talking to this guy for 7 months. Met at work and it went from there. Only problem is he is 32 and I'm 19 . That is the only thing stopping him for making a move. We text and email and see each other at work all the time but due to his sleep and back issues and stress at work he" d rather be friends and take it slow. I know I'm young but I'm mature work 2 jobs + college I'm sick of immature guys. Me heart is set on him. But how do I move things with him? I know he wants me but can't get over the speed bump and go to the next step!

    With some guys you just have to make most the moves, till he sees that the age difference does not matter. Good luck with your choices

    Just make sure he doesn't have kids. You don't need that drama. More mature guys are always a million times hotter to me.

    he's older than u and prob has a lot more emotional baggage. get to know him more than 7 months. dont be afraid to look at his faults. take your time. you'll be doing yourself a favor.

    The reverse is also true - lots of younger woman fall for older guys - so don't throw yourself at the guy just because he's older. Besides - what're the sleep and back and work stress issues? Is he the prize you imagine just because he's older?

    Be positive he feels the same way. You never know. I think you should hold back for a while but don't loose the fling maybe he's going threw a hard time? Just be there for him. And the other writers are correct any younger women can get. An older guy. You have him in the palm of your hands.

    ugh, it's so easy-most straight red blooded guys who like women LOVE younger girls.

    they are more attractive, cute and fun to be with. Yes they can be immature but so what?

    anyways, most guys in their 30s and 40s already think they might be seen as too old, but they all want younger girls-I certainly do.

    when it comes to dating women always have a huge advantage over men, as long as they're cute. You can walk up to almost any guy and get him to go out with you-if men try that they usually get rudely snubbed.

    Even average girls can get laid at least-most men are not that picky.

    Anyways if you want this guy go get him, it'll be like stealing candy from a baby.

    He is mature enough not too make a move on you. Obviously you need to have the maturity to know it is better to find a guy your age who is at you're mature level!
