Paradoxically actively seeking relationships is the best way to not find any. Just calm down. Put yourself in organic situations like: work, school, hobbies etc. and you will meet people in a natural way. Your 'try hard' attitude often rubs people the wrong way as it comes across as clingy and desperate. Purely online relationships are not wholesome and will not fulfill your needs.
Actually I did meet some people, one is cool, two seems to kill time by talking to me and three is a cool person but not very talkative. I haven't looked desperate yet because I'm not entirely desperate just sometimes I have bouts of sadness.
