Okay, so. I want an Asian boyfriend. Not because I think that they're extremely hot or anything, I just want to have Asian looking babies.
Is this normal?

It is fine. I am glad to see some women liking asian men as it seems that the asian women are being snatched up by white men. If you are happy, go with it.
It is a bit strange to want an Asian man to dedicate their children - and probably their life - to you because you 'just want to have Asian looking babies'. It's also extremely immoral.

That is kind of odd. But whatever makes you happy I suppose. I wish you would extrapolate a little more as to why you want your babies to look asian. Since you said yourself that you're not actually MORE attracted to asians in general.
