  • As a female, I can tell you, you may have to become MENTAL for awhile. Become obsessed, and if it helps, think of someone that REALLY pissed you off. You can show them. It feels GREAT to do it.

    5 other things that help:

    1 > When you want to eat something, just look at it and think: "I can eat this every day for the rest of my life. I don't have to have it today. AND WALK AWAY.

    2 > Like it or not, you HAVE to exercise. I HATE exercise, but 30 min a day of walking = a little over a mile. Start w/ that, 5 days a week.

    3 > DON'T weigh yourself more than once a month. Just try on your clothes allot. And the ones that are just slightly tight make are better.

    4 > DON'T eat w/ in 3 hours before bedtime.

    5 > Write down EVERYTHING [along w/ the calorie count] you put into your mouth. You will eat less, and be surprised at how much it was before.
