Look at all the other beautifully figured girls x.x I went to a wedding and she looked GORGEOUS and it pushed me over the edge to start working out and eating healthier. I don't want to look like a cow stuffed in a wedding dress at my wedding lol. I was discouraged like u for a loooonnngggg time and that's what got me to biggest I've ever been. It just kept getting worse and worse and I was getting more and more depressed and eating more and more and then my body started to ache with every bend I made...u gotta just do it! I started with drinking about 10 cups of water a day for a week, and then I started eating healthier and my energy level went up and now I'm running every other day =) gotta start somewhere!
If your a fat bastard you need to do something about it!.

I know exactly how you feel I am currently In a place where I am motivated to lose this weight and here's a couple things that helped me
1. Anger can be a very good motivator but only for s little while but it might give you the kick start you need
2. Don't do it for anybody else but your self once you can learn to stop believing the lies you tell yourself about not being able to do it you will go a long way
3. It's takes about 1 month to form a new habit so tell your self that you are going to do this for one month and thats the only promise you have to keep and trust me you'll be feeling so good about your self and SO PROUD of your self you WILL want to keep going
4 think of it as a game you vs. the weight and fuck that weight cause your gonna kink it's ass
5 finally. This process is s day to day thing. So when you get up in the morning think about what you are going to today to become a healthier HAPPIER you. And when it gets tough just push through the little moments cause those little moments will make you a stronger more dedicated person to your goals
As a female, I can tell you, you may have to become MENTAL for awhile. Become obsessed, and if it helps, think of someone that REALLY pissed you off. You can show them. It feels GREAT to do it.
5 other things that help:
1 > When you want to eat something, just look at it and think: "I can eat this every day for the rest of my life. I don't have to have it today. AND WALK AWAY.
2 > Like it or not, you HAVE to exercise. I HATE exercise, but 30 min a day of walking = a little over a mile. Start w/ that, 5 days a week.
3 > DON'T weigh yourself more than once a month. Just try on your clothes allot. And the ones that are just slightly tight make are better.
4 > DON'T eat w/ in 3 hours before bedtime.
5 > Write down EVERYTHING [along w/ the calorie count] you put into your mouth. You will eat less, and be surprised at how much it was before.

Try to begin by to stop mulling about what is past. What you have done till now was due to some motives. Alright. Now you want to change, just begin doing it. Don't dwell on the past at all. And then, think well what means to be on your weight, not anorexic, please, but your healthy weight. It is not a matter of imposed and arbitrary official 'beauty' thing, but a way of life. Of living your life. Healthier, happier, fuller.
And don't think in the process of losing weight as an ordeal. There are ways to do it without making it a torture. You can lose weight and enjoy at the same time.
Do not try to lose it fast, but steady.
And do it with patience and serenity, much patience.
You just have to really, really motivate yourself somehow. Set goals, etc. I know it's not easy, but I'm sure you can do it, if you put your mind to it :) Good luck.
Nothing too worry about really you just need a confidence boost I am the feeling the same way right now but mine is mainly lazyness.
If you want too lose it then just do little things eat healthier snacks, go for a little walk around the corner etc. and I mean I know it is easy for me too say it too you but just sit back and read it I mean all you got to do is just think.
If you think I am so fat then just quickly clear the thought and say ok I am going for a little walk or if being upset makes you want too eat which in alot of peoples cases it does just pick up a peice of fruit and eat it just replace little things like candy with berries.
