Come on just dance. I have randomly in a cafeteria grabbed my best friend Josey and started waltzing and spinning her. It made her laugh out of happiness. It cheers people up to see people dancing. If you want to dance then dance your heart out. And you don't sound overweight but if you take up dancing you can get a more athletic build. I used to have no muscles and now I can actually see my biceps.
