  • Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

    The only one who can work with your anxiety is you, maybe you need some push from a doctor and medication too but here's a tip before you do any of that or kill yourself:

    Start to exercise regularly and eat healthy, then pursue a hobby that interests you and keep this up for 2-3 months and then tell me you aren't feeling at least a little bit better.

      i tried to do things that make me happy but really they dont give me any courage what so ever.
